Abstract

The paper describes a family, carrier of a rare autosomic hereditary dominant disease known as familiar expansive osteolysis. Its features more characteristic are as follow: osteolitic injuries of long bones, pain, deformity, and tendency to pathological fractures, hear impairment, and as a distinctive feature, multiple dental reabsorbtion at radicular level following a particular pattern reabsorbtion. Alkaline phosphatase and deoxipiridinolina values are variably high. Other biochemical indicators are normal.
